Juneteenth Gala
At 7:00pm we will host our 4th annual Juneteenth Gala. This year we are honoring Bill Russell Sr. and Pecola Volter. We will also crown the 2024-25 Juneteenth Royal Court and present the inaugural Just A Kid Juneteenth Honoree Award to a community nominated youth. Additionally we will award our Just A Kid Scholarship receipent and host a small hair show in honor of Mr. Bill Russell Sr.

Saturday, June 15th
Parade & Festival
On Saturday we continue the celebration with a parade and festival in the park. The parade begins at 3pm and will come up Hopkins street to the West End Park. Immediately following, there will be a festival in the park from 4-8pm.
